Illume Site Solutions was started by Reuben and Melissa Mendoza.  A husband and wife team that wanted to provide quality technology solutions paired with ongoing training and support, giving their clients the tools they need to be successful.

Melissa Mendoza— Web Designer and Project Manager, Co-Owner

Melissa Mendoza has worked in the Web Design Industry for over 11 years, as both a Project Manager and Web Master. Melissa began working at a Sacramento based Website Design Company for several years, then went on to work for Seraphein Beyn Advertising Agency as Project Manager/ Marketing Coordinator. She feels that a website is an integral part of a company's entire marketing plan, combined seamlessly can boost a company's overall success.

As a Web Master for a large Real Estate Brokerage, Melissa maintained several large company websites, as well as supported the company's email system and Intranet.

Reuben Mendoza - Database Consultant and Trainer, Co-Owner

Reuben Mendoza has worked in the Technology field for over 13 years, serving both the nonprofit and private sector. He worked as a Senior Information Systems Analyst at Child Action, a Child Care Research and Referral Agency, where he supported 30 staff in software and database solutions. While working at Child Action, Reuben was also technical support for a state wide referral database system and other programs for the state of California. He has trained staff throughout the United States on various software programs and was a member of the California Child Care Resource and Referral Data Collection committee. Throughout his career he has designed many innovative training and database solutions.

Jason Fulps -  Lead Programmer

Jason Fulps is our lead PHP and Flash Programmer. He has extensive knowledge in PHP, JavaScript and Flash programming. Jason is an essential part of our team bringing years of experience in developing tools and products. Jason will be implementing the content management tool.
