We started Illume Site Solutions because we found that it is important to provide businesses not only with the necessary tools but also the training and support to back it up. Our combined experience in design, data management, training, tech support and project management skills make us a dynamic team. We also have extensive experience in Customer Service and know how to take care of our clients. We also have at our disposal a team of experienced programmers, website designers, graphic artists, flash designers, and production staff.

Reuben Mendoza
Owner, Database Designer

Reuben Mendoza has worked in the Technology field for over 12 years, serving both the nonprofit and private sector. He worked as a Senior Information Systems Analyst at Child Action, a Child Care Research and Referral Agency, where he supported 30 staff in software and database solutions. While working at Child Action, Reuben also provided technical support for a state wide referral database system and other programs for the state of California. He has trained staff throughout the United States on various software programs and was a member of the California Child Care Resource and Referral Data Collection Committee. Throughout his career he has designed many innovative training and database solutions.

Melissa Mendoza
Owner, Website Designer

Melissa Mendoza has worked in the Web Design Industry for over 10 years, as both a Project Manager and Web Master. She began working at a Sacramento based website design company, then went on to work for an advertising agency as Project Manager/ Marketing Coordinator. She feels that a website is an integral part of a company's entire marketing plan, and that the two, combined seamlessly can boost a company's overall success.

As a Web Master for a large real estate brokerage, Melissa maintained several large company websites, as well as supporting the company's email system and Intranet. Before entering the Web Industry, Melissa spent several years as a Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. This fueled her love for coffee and working with great people and customers.
